Shanay Howard
Shanay Howard joins Honest Game with 12+ years of experience working with middle and high school students in both private and public schools. She has served as Student Services Director, Athletic Director, and Head Basketball coach. As a licensed school counselor, she has directly advised over one thousand high school students on college admissions, academic eligibility, and athletic recruiting. She is the Educational Director for Team Durant and has been an Educational Consultant for other established travel sport organizations and individual student-athletes.
Shanay was a 4 year starter at Fairleigh Dickinson University (NCAA DI), where she was a COSIDA Academic All American, NCAA SAAC representative for the Northeast Conference (NEC) and graduated with honors. She holds a B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University and M.S.Ed. from Queens College.
