Joyce Anderson

Joyce Anderson is the Co-Founder and COO of Honest Game, the leading academic eligibility and compliance platform for college athletics. She co-founded Honest Game to ensure every student has equitable access to a best-fit path to a brighter future.

Drawing on her extensive experience working with high school student-athletes, athletic departments, counselors, curriculum leaders, college coaches, parents, and the NCAA and NAIA Eligibility Centers, Joyce is dedicated to simplifying the path to college sports and beyond. She has guided thousands of students and families through the complexities of academic eligibility, recruiting, and college planning, helping them confidently navigate the journey to higher education through athletics.

Her leadership in the field includes serving on the NCAA Eligibility Center High School Advisory Board, coaching and advising at the high school level, and serving as President of Girls Play Sports, a nonprofit dedicated to building leadership and confidence in girls through sport.

In addition to her work at Honest Game, Joyce is an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University’s Farley Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, where she supports early-stage founders. Previously a litigator at Sidley Austin in Chicago, Joyce brings a rigorous analytical background to her work. She was a two-time captain of the Columbia University Women’s Tennis team, earning All-Ivy honors, and holds a B.A. from Columbia University and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
