Courtney Rickard
Courtney Rickard is an Educational Consultant at Honest Game, where she helps schools and student-athletes navigate academic eligibility and build pathways to long-term success. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in collegiate athletics, Courtney is passionate about helping institutions create systems that support student-athletes both academically and beyond graduation.
Before joining Honest Game, Courtney served as Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development and Life Skills and Senior Woman Administrator at Stony Brook University. Throughout her career at Stony Brook University and Seton Hall University, she led academic success and student development initiatives that improved student-athlete GPAs, increased graduation rates, and prepared students for success in college, careers, and life.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Seton Hall University.
