Caitlin Stoffer
Caitlin Stoffer is the Manager of Academics & Compliance at Honest Game, where she helps schools, student-athletes, and families navigate academic eligibility with confidence. She also supports the NJCAA Eligibility Clearinghouse and Audit Guarantee, working with member institutions to simplify compliance processes and promote consistent, audit-ready eligibility practices.
Drawing on more than a decade of NCAA Division I compliance experience, Caitlin is passionate about helping institutions navigate complex eligibility requirements while supporting student-athlete success.
Prior to joining Honest Game, Caitlin served as Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at the University of Cincinnati, where she led NCAA and conference compliance efforts, including academic eligibility, financial aid, rules education, and institutional compliance. Throughout her career, she has partnered with coaches, administrators, and campus leaders to help hundreds of student-athletes succeed both academically and athletically.
A former NCAA Division I swimmer at Clemson University, Caitlin earned her bachelor’s degree from Clemson before receiving her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
