Erica Dorantes
Erica Dorantes is the Senior Manager of Operations at Honest Game, where she leads the systems, processes, and cross-functional operations. Since joining Honest Game in 2019, she has played a key role in building the operational foundation that supports hundreds of schools, colleges, and partners, ensuring teams have the tools, data, and processes needed to serve students and families efficiently.
Drawing on nearly 20 years of experience in operations, CRM and database management, data analysis, project management, and event planning, Erica is passionate about creating efficient systems that enable organizations to grow.
Prior to joining Honest Game, Erica served as Director of Operations & Grant Management at Beyond Sports Foundation, where she secured an AmeriCorps grant that doubled the organization’s annual contributions. Her background also includes serving as Events & Marketing Manager at Lydia Home Association and consulting for Aha! Marketing. Erica holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College.
